1. Acceptance

By using LibSortify (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. Service

The App provides on-device photo culling and organizing. Your photos never leave your device. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not us.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App for illegal purposes or to circumvent its security or payment systems.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on the App Store for payments and subscriptions. Apple's terms apply to your use of the App Store.

7. Termination

We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Paid fees are non-refundable.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs data collection and use. By using the App, you consent to it.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
